I agree to pay the full fee of £200 on or before the 2nd May 2025 (or to arrange a payment plan with Kate).

I agree to pay the full fee if I cancel after 2nd May 2025 and a replacement cannot be found.

I agree to adhere to advertised start & finish times.

I agree to take full responsibility for my belongings.

I agree to take full responsibility for my personal safety and wellbeing during and after the event.

I understand that this is a group learning environment, which means Kate does not have the therapeutic resources to cater for anyone with past or present diagnosis of Schizophrenia and/or Psychosis. If you have such a history Kate recommends you do not take part in the workshop. If I choose to ignore this advice and attend without disclosing my situation to Kate I agree to take full responsibility for any consequences arising connected to mental health during and after the event.

I agree to take full responsibility for my actions, choices, & decisions (or lack of) whilst attending the workshop.

I agree to understanding that as well as illuminating new and wonderful possibilities for my life, the process is likely to touch old wounds and bring up painful emotions.

I agree to respect the confidentially of other participants by not disclosing their name or participation in this event to anyone outside of the event.

I agree to refrain from discussing, or in any way commenting on, or interfering with, the process of others, both during and after the event - trusting that if they need support they will ask for it. There are very good reasons for this, so your cooperation is appreciated.

I agree to ask for help if I'm struggling with any aspect of the Workshop.

I agree to refrain from wearing strong perfumes/oils/aftershaves

I agree to keep all electronic devices switched off during the sessions and to refrain from recording or photographing anything or anyone unless Kate gives specific instructions to do otherwise. This also includes refraining from internet and social media checking and scrolling during breaks and lunch time.
