About Kate

I was born on the 18th September 1963 into an atmosphere of terror and rage. We were the dysfunctional family on the street and although deeply loved by our wonderful mum, my siblings and I met with more than our fair share of poverty, abuse, violence and fear. But from as early on as I can remember I felt a strong sense of knowing that no one was to blame. I could see that it was all a continuation of human pain that stretched way back through generations and although I was living this drama of my life, I knew it wasn't anything to do with who I really was.

So began my passionate enquiry into who I really am, what it is to be human, what it is to be with another and how to bring the gift of myself to the world.

Through the events of my own life and through many years of working with others I am constantly touched, moved and inspired by the vulnerability and fragility of human existence. I have deep appreciation for all the wonderful relationships that I have had in my life and of those, the most intense, beautiful and challenging are with my children Jane and Tim and I love them both with all my heart.

Inspirations:

My greatest inspiration is myself as an independent traveller through life and my commitment, tenacity and courage to walk my own path and live my own truth.

I am truly inspired by the work of Adam Bradpeice who brings his gift to the world with such grace, humour, patience and love. To a large extent my work is now informed by this profound teaching which ends the search outside of myself and tenderly guides me back home to me.

The work and teachings of Rajan Sankaran and Divya Chabbra whose commitment to and passion for homeopathy are a constant source of inspiration and fascination.

And of course my children inspire me daily by living the gift of themselves in my world, for showing me themselves as they are, for sharing with me their immense wisdom and truth and for their patience and unconditional love.
